Exclusive use of House
Whether for a wedding party, business conference, team building, family reunion, anniversary, or that special occasion, exclusive use of the House is available from £500 per night depending on occupancy and time of year. A minimum stay of 2 nights and a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice and no shows will be charged the full amount of the balance of the booking.
Overview: All rooms are non smoking with en-suite bath and/or shower room and come equipped with flat screen Freeview television, clock radio, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate making facilities, mineral water, and free wireless internet access. The large guest lounge with Freesat HD television opens to the south facing garden.
Children under 2 stay free of charge (a cot is usually available – please ask at time of booking).
Several rooms can accommodate an additional fold up bed for 1 person at a charge of £25 per night including breakfast (children 2-6 £12.50)
Booking (individual rooms): Debit / credit card details are required to secure a booking. A 10% non refundable / non transferable deposit will be taken in advance of your stay. The balance is payable on departure.
Payment: Cash, cheques, travellers’ cheques and most major debit and credit cards are accepted. Please make cheques payable to Copper Beech House.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice of your stay will be charged the FULL amount for the first night. If you fail to show up without cancelling you will be charged the FULL amount of your total booking. We recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover any costs incurred by cancelling your booking or not showing up. (NB, the cancellation policy for exclusive use of the House is different: cancellations with less than 7 days notice and no shows will be charged the full amount of the balance of the booking.)
Arrivals: Check in is between 13:00 and 22:00 – outside these hours by special arrangement.
Departure: We ask that guests vacate their rooms and check out by 10:30 on the day of departure. Late check outs at an additional charge might be available.
Left luggage: By prior arrangement facilities are available for between stays or afternoon / evening departures.
